Meanwhile in Hamburg…

By Brian Rogers | April 9th, 2008

While the rest of the team was touring Kenya and the Netherlands, Brian headed to Hamburg, Germany where he stayed with an old friend to get a true taste of “Europe’s dark horse.” From soccer to shows to ships, it was a packed week. Click here to see photos of what Brian was up to that whole time… Or, for a close up look at what it means to be a soccer fan in Hamburg, check out his trip to the St. Pauli game during his time in in the city…

the roulade looks amazing! can we get a recipe? perhaps an idea for a new section?

Brian, looks like you brought some good luck if the notoriously inconsistent St Pauli won 5-0 on your visit. As an American i wonder if you were aware of the reputations of the fearsome ‘Ultras’ attached to many european clubs? Having read a bit on it, i would want to be close to the security if i was to be in with the hardcore fans, and would hope the same for my intrepid cousin!

Keep bringing meat delights from around the world to my screen, i love it!
