The Colosseum

The massive Colosseum (pictured far off in the distance) and the Roman Forum still draw thousands to its historic grounds, some two centuries after its construction. Leading to the Colosseum, Via dei Fori Imperiali turned into a pedestrian fair where events like professional tug of war was underway. See the photos from today’s photo gallery.
