Leaving Isla Ometepe

Much to Thushan's pleasure, Nicaragua gave us an exit stamp - El Salvador and Honduras did not. After paying a local town-enforced exit fee, we then had to pay another fee to the Nicaraguan government before we could officially exit the country.
