The super wide Avenida 9 de Julio is lined with tree-filled parks and crowded cafes and storefronts. The city immediately felt more developed than any other city we have been in yet. Cars belch less smoke, streets are cleaner, and trees abound, which is nice since temperatures have been getting into the 90s here during the day.
