At the pedestrian mall La Florida, shoppers, workers, and tourists mingle. We arrived around lunchtime when everyone was looking for a quick bite to eat. Microcentro is the oldest part of the city and houses many monuments built during Buenos Aires's heyday in the late 19th century.
