A jaunt to Uruguay

The brown Rio de la Plata separates Buenos Aires and Argentina from its northern neighbor, Uruguay. Just an hour away by hydrofoil ($40 round trip) is the lazy (in a good way) town of Colonia, Uruguay, and the destination of today's jaunt.
