The majority of the students in the class have practiced capoeira since they were children. However, professor Marcos began the first class of the semester from the beginning, focusing primarily on posture. It was clear from the outset that the students have a tremendous amount of respect for their professor. They remained focused and attentive throughout the lesson, soaking up all of the wisdom that Marcos had to offer.
