Kenya's national parliament building, as seen from atop the KANU tower, has been the focus of much attention over the past three months as the government works to resolve the post-election crisis. Following December's heavily disputed presidential election, widespread violence plagued Kenya for two months as tribal factions and rival political parties fought over what many viewed as a fixed election, with incumbent President Mwai Kibaki declared the winner.
