Situated about three kilometers from the city center, Nairobi Arboretum is one of the few remaining densely wooded areas in the city with plenty shaded trails for walking or jogging. As part of his training regiment, Benard wakes up at dawn and heads to arboretum for a 20 KM jog through the parks winding paths several times each week.
