The train cuts through Tsavo National Park, 11,747 square kilometers of parkland divided by the railway into two sister parks Tsavo East and West. One of the largest national parks in Kenya, Tsavo is known for its common large cat sightings including cheetah, leopard and lion. The view kept everyone onboard glued to the windows.
