A quick sprint to the Tanzanian border, and the routine was repeated, only to be surprised by the fee for an entry visa. For most foreign nationals outside East Africa, there is a $50 fee, much like Kenya. For US passport holders, as we've noticed elsewhere, the price is doubled.
