Talk about waking up to good news. After a stalemate between political rivals President Kibaki and opposition party leader Raila Odinga that lasted at least as long as our stay here, it seemed like the two sides were finally agreeing with one another. Constructing a bloated 40-member Cabinet, the two parties formed a power-sharing agreement, nearly three full months after the elections late last year.
