Ben wasn't anywhere to be found, but he had told the bartender that three Americans would walk in and be looking for him, and to tell them "Ben will be right back." Without missing a beat, the bartender spotted us the moment we opened our mouths. Though we have felt quite at home here culturally, we still seem to stick out for some reason.
