Leaving the bulk of our luggage with our friend Jon in Bologna, we hopped on a train and headed an hour northwest to the small city of Reggio Emilia to visit an old friend, Dimitri Mazzoni, who lived with Mike's family in Massachusetts as part of a cultural exchange during the summer of 1994.
