A slice of Lebanon

On our way to Baalbek we passed this bridge, which was being rebuilt after it was destroyed by an Israeli air strike in 2006. The damaged bridge is a visible sign of the neighboring Israeli military and the scarred and violent history shared by Lebanon and Israel.
