On our way to the cafe, I got my first taste of Ahmedabad, a city that is booming so quickly they have yet to build proper sidewalks in many of the city's sprawling neighborhoods. Even in the city suburbs however, street vendors dominate the produce market selling everything from mangos to cilantro. Here a potato vendor at work.
