With the help and recommendation of our friend, Sam Asher, who spent a year living in Udaipur, we headed not to the wondrous sights of the city, but out into the rural Rajasthan countryside. There, the countryside was stunning, and the people oh-so-friendly provided a unique look into the lives of Indians in this part of the country.
