The sprawling Hindu temple complex of Galta, built in the mid-18th century, is nestled in a canyon with sheer rock cliffs sheltering the temple grounds on both sides. Perhaps overshadowing the magnificent temples, however, are the 5000 plus monkeys who call Galta home.
