Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
3: Tour colorful La Boca
The historic neighborhood of La Boca should be third on the list, not just because it is full of vibrantly painted homes, but also because it reveals a more humble side of Buenos Aires compared to the massive stone buildings of downtown. Sitting dangerously at the water's edge, La Boca was originally a neighborhood of Italian immigrants and Africans, it is now a quiet middle class neighborhood.
